The San Diego based Dive Animals Scuba Club is one of the largest dive clubs in San Diego California. Our club is unique in that we own our own dive boat, a Wellcraft, that is used by our members to dive the local wrecks, kelp beds, canyons, and other sites of interest. We also enjoy regular dive trips in Mexico, Santa Catalina, San Clemente and around the world.

   We have many active members diving multiple times per week, on our own boat, shore diving, or diving on other local charters.

    We love to travel and have trips sponsored by club members and advertised through the club. Overnight adventures on the Horizon out to the Channel Islands is one of our favorites.

   We actively promote safe diving, through visiting speakers and training. A large number of our club members are Divemasters, so you can always find someone to work on dive techniques with you. We encourage all divers to better their dive skills, and we have several instructors in the club that teach everything from basic to DM (the club was founded by a dive instructor!).

    We love to party and we don't take ourselves too seriously (except for safety, of course!). This comes through clearly in our club meetings, events and trips. Club meetings are a good place to meet members, make connections and set up future dives.
