From the intersection of highways 5 and 8, head down Rosencrans and turn right on Point Loma Avenue, continue down and turn left on Chatsworth Blvd. Chatsworth will become Catalina Blvd and the Kelp Beds are a little ofshore to the West. While this is a great drive, with some of the best ocean views in San Diego, it won't get you in the water. For that your best bet is to go out on one of our boats.
