Well, it's been an eventful few months since the last Pel Brief went out. First and formost is the Yukon sink and roll, a horrid blow to the Oceans Foundation. We ought to do everything we can to support this organization as it goes through this troubled time. If you are looking for something to help with, just ask Frances, she will hook you up with the Yukon group.
