This is the biggest party of the year...!! It is one of the best times to meet new friends, get caught up with old ones, and get in the mood for a summer of
diving. It's also the best time to renew your membership, pick up a t-shirt.
May 19 is also the biggest raffle of the year. Raffle prizes will include
local dive trips, a year of club boat dives, dive gear, and many other prizes that have been donated by the local charters, dive shops and gear manufacturers. It's our way of thanking you for the support you've given us throughout the year. All

On May 19 we will hold our 2001 Dive Animals Scuba Club Membership Picnic and Beach Party. For this year we are returning to La Jolla Shores, we will have more room but we will not be able to dive off of the boats (the

|
|
|
|
|
lifeguards get upset when we beach the boats and leave for lunch). But we can and should all do a shore dive out to the canyon!!
DASC will supply all of the food and (non-alcoholic) beverages - of

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
course alcohol is not allowed on the Shores!!
As all of our memberships expire on June 1, the picnic is a great time to renew so bring a checkbook or your credit cards! As we have every year, we will have plenty fantastic

items for auction donated by local manufactures, dive shops, and dive companies.
